The DARCO OrthoWedge is clinically proven to reduce weight-bearing pressure on the forefoot, which promotes faster healing after surgery, trauma, or when forefoot wounds or ulcerations are present. Add the optional PQ PegAssist™ insole (sold separately) to maximize offloading of diabetic wounds and surgical sites. The OrthoWedge™ is also compatible with the Body Armor® Toe Guard--Square (sold separately) to provide extra protection for the toe region during the recovery process.
Item sold as one (1) shoe. Fits right or left foot. This product is not designed to be worn in pairs.

Choice of shoe size is significantly influenced by foot swelling and volume of bandages/cast worn in conjunction with a DARCO shoe. To ensure the best fit, measure the widths and length of your injured foot (including any dressings) and select the best shoe size using the graphic below.
