Return and Exchange Policy

Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. General Return Requirements

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Products showing wear, damage, or missing parts cannot be accepted.
  • Certain healthcare products are non-returnable for hygiene and regulatory reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 7-14 business days to process.
  • Cash purchases may be refunded in cash or store credit, depending on store policy.
  • Delivery, shipping, and assembly fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, or federal regulations, the following cannot be returned:

Medical & Personal Care Items

  • Opened disposable supplies
  • Incontinence products
  • Items that contact skin, wounds, or bodily fluids

Bathroom & Personal Safety Equipment

  • Shower chairs
  • Commodes and raised toilet seats
  • Transfer benches

Compression & Orthopedic Products

  • Compression stockings or sleeves
  • Custom-fit orthopedic braces

Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-order or special-order equipment
  • Clearance or final-sale items

4. Returnable DME (If Unused & Unopened)

Some DME products may be returned if unused and in original packaging:

  • Walkers, rollators, canes
  • Standard manual wheelchairs
  • Unopened braces and supports
  • Unopened CPAP/BiPAP devices

A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer's policies.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • We will inspect the product and determine an appropriate solution:
  1. Replacement,
  2. Repair, or
  3. Refund, depending on warranty eligibility.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products include a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage follows manufacturer rules and does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications
