1. General Return Requirements
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Other Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or final-sale items
4. Returnable DME (If Unused & Unopened)
Some DME products may be returned if unused and in original packaging:
- Walkers, rollators, canes
- Standard manual wheelchairs
- Unopened braces and supports
- Unopened CPAP/BiPAP devices
A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer's policies.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- We will inspect the product and determine an appropriate solution:
- Replacement,
- Repair, or
- Refund, depending on warranty eligibility.
6. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products include a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage follows manufacturer rules and does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications
